Jemima Havelock began her career in 2014 as a contractor in Madagascar, teaching English to company teams across a range of industries. Her strategic mindset and ability to streamline operations soon led her to Excis Ltd, where she advanced into service delivery management and became the key architect behind the company’s scheduling processes and principles.
In 2020, Jemima returned to the United Kingdom, continuing to oversee scheduling and service delivery across Excis’s international operations.
Two years later, she joined CloudPay as a PMO Scheduler and Planner, serving as the primary point of contact for global service partners. Her redesign of the company’s resourcing strategy earned recognition for its efficiency and innovation.
Certified in PRINCE2 and bringing over a decade of international project and service management experience, Jemima is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
In 2025, she founded Havelock Recruit Ltd to connect global businesses with Madagascar’s talented, motivated, and ready-to-rise workforce — championing a new era of opportunity and cross-border collaboration.
